The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Uganda is inviting qualified and legally registered companies to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of various goods, services, and works in Uganda.
UNICEF supports the Government of Uganda in delivering essential services, and this EOI seeks to build a supplier database for future procurement.
Categories of Interest:
1. Goods and Supplies:
Office stationery, classroom equipment, shelter & household items
Tyres, batteries, solar equipment, pumps, and medical equipment
School uniforms, blankets, bicycles, IT equipment, security items
Agricultural tools, laboratory items, and firefighting equipment
Computers, building materials, plastic utensils, and detergents
Software development, scientific & industrial research
Data hosting, printing services, and more
2. Non-Consultancy Services:
Accommodation & conference facilities
Event management, advertising & media
Car hire, catering, cleaning, and security services
Postal and courier services
LAN installation, photocopying, printing, and logistics
3. Works:
Civil engineering
Building construction
Water projects (drilling and piped systems)
Requirements for Interested Firms:
Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)
VAT registration certificate
Proof of past experience in supplying similar goods/services
Legal registration in Uganda
Adequate staffing to meet UN standards
References from recent clients
Compliance with UNICEF ethical procurement guidelines
Deadline:
14th July 2025 at 14:00 hrs
Companies must pick EOI forms at UNICEF Uganda Offices in Mbuya and return filled documents clearly marked:
“Expression of Interest, Provision of Goods/Services.”
Note:
Companies that submitted in April 2025 should not apply again.
